Delete your Neon Line account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Neon Line and tap the gear at the top of the home screen.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email zebimbuhgamez@slipperyslopeapps.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Neon Line account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, password, username and country.
• Your game data: coins, hearts, power-ups, scores, Ranked runs and your places on every leaderboard.
• Coins and items you paid for are lost.

What is kept

Stripe, which processes payments, keeps payment records for as long as the law requires (usually several years). Nothing else is kept.
